Goal: Drink Water Week 1: 5,000 steps a day Excercise Goal: Upper Cycle GX: 10 minutes Chest Press: 2 sets x 12 reps Row Machine: 2 sets x 12 reps Lat Pulldown: 2 sets x 12 reps Biceps Curl Machine: 2 sets x 12 reps Triceps Extension Machine: 2 sets x 12 reps Cross Trainer: 10 minutes easy pace Today is Father's day so...of course did not eat the best today and did not get the water goal in. But today excerciseing went great. My husband and I headed to the gym in the early afternoon. Today, my oldest decided to not get a workout in for P.E. class (she's currently taking P.E. online during the summer) which was fine. So let's go into my thoughts about this workout goal today.
