Sunday

 Goal: Drink Water Week 1: 5,000 steps a day  Excercise Goal:  Upper Cycle GX: 10 minutes  Chest Press: 2 sets x 12 reps Row Machine: 2 sets x 12 reps  Lat Pulldown: 2 sets x 12 reps  Biceps Curl Machine: 2 sets x 12 reps Triceps Extension Machine: 2 sets x 12 reps  Cross Trainer: 10 minutes easy pace  Today is Father's day so...of course did not eat the best today and did not get the water goal in. But today excerciseing went great. My husband and I headed to the gym in the early afternoon. Today, my oldest decided to not get a workout in for P.E. class (she's currently taking P.E. online during the summer) which was fine. The Why

  I am 38 years old female who was born with arthritis. I have four kids ranging from 15 all the way to almost 8 years old. My kids are super busy kiddos who love to be active and I need to be ready for everything. I also stay home and watch my nieces who are 2, and twin infants. So my life is busy and I have no clue what I am doing to get healthy. I also have type 2 diabetes. So far in one year I went from 280 to 220lbs, but recently I gained to 253lbs. I would love to be able to get rid of at least 50lbs but at most hopefully 100lbs. It's going to be hard work with how busy our lives are but I want to get it done. So this is me getting started and sharing it with people. I am just a regular person in a regular world.
